Refunds & Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns – You may be eligible for a return if you receive a product that is damaged, unfit for use, or not the item you ordered. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support within 2 days of receiving the product.

Return Process – To return a product, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 working days.

Exceptions -Certain products may be non-returnable, such as custom-made or personalized items. Please refer to the product description or contact our customer support for further information.

Damaged or Defective Products – If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support immediately for assistance. We may request additional information or evidence to process your claim.
